Superette & Allume - 2022 Tarotscope

Today, we’re sharing some card pulls from Allume’s Green *dreamy* weed tarot deck, included in the Super Chill Box. We got cozy in our Sup beanie, lit one up and asked the cards what we can do to thrive in the new year. The answers we got were so ON POINT and touched on self-love, patience, transformation and manifestation.

The Spread: A 2022 forecast for each element of your sun sign

  • Fire (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius)

  • Earth (Capricorn, Virgo, Taurus)

  • Air (Libra, Aquarius, Gemini)

  • Water (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces).

Ever feel like you’re being over-sensitive about something? Or that your emotions are “too much” or annoying to others? Now’s the time to jump out of that mindset because this Queen has an important message for you!

Emotions are your superpower, and when you let yourself experience them, you’ll be freer. The Queen of Cups is all about that; this archetype embraces her sensitive nature, shows compassion for herself, the ecosystem and others. This card tells us to honour ourselves and feel alllll the feels sans guilt or self-loathing! They make up the human experience. So if you’re currently upset about a situation or a relationship, remember that your emotions are valid. Be honest with yourself and with whomever is making you feel a certain way. That’s how personal expansion happens! What’s more, you’re in a position to help others who might be struggling. Show them the Queen’s signature empathy by asking if you can be there for them in any way. Your sensitivity can make a difference in someone’s life and that support will flow right back to you!

The Six of Swords represents transition, change, and holding on to the past. If you’re going through a period of transformation in your love life, career or living situation, know this: change is never easy, but we sometimes need to surrender to discomfort! Change can be hella good and lead you on the path you’re destined to follow. For instance, if you’re looking to move and recently found a home you love, but feel a little scared to take the leap, this card is a positive reminder that you’ll be much happier and comfortable!

And get this… the Six of Swords can also mean there’s a solo trip in store for you! (Not a weed trip, an actual trip to another destination). While you may feel some separation anxiety from loved ones, this experience will be incredibly fulfilling and reveal answers you’ve been seeking about a situation or the next steps in your life.

This card may seem off-putting at first, but don’t worry, pal! All it’s doing is reassuring you that you’re on the edge of an awesome shift. It’s just taking a little too long for your liking.

In a nutshell, the Hanged Man usually means that you’re in a holding pattern; you might be feeling stalled, as if the Universe has put your life on hold. There’s a sense of waiting for a chapter to be over, so that you can start fresh. The good news: pulling this card is a reminder that your patience will pay off. Use this opportunity to reflect and learn from your experiences. Putting pen to paper can really help! Pull out that journal, tap into your intuition and heart’s wisdom. This simple ritual can give you so much clarity.

So if you’re focusing on goals that are out of whack with your calling, now’s the time to reflect, reframe and forge ahead. The Hanged Man tells us that the road to fulfilling our dreams often comes with some sacrifice, but you’ll nail your greater objectives! Life’s damn short. Do what you love!

The Knight of Swords represents energy, speed, and determination. You’re highly ambitious and motivated to manifest your ideas - but don’t forget to take a step back every now and then! Although you’re deep into your work, it’s important to slow down and enjoy the journey because you’re going to learn a hell of a lot as your goals come closer and closer within reach. Productivity has been glorified in society at the expense of personal fulfillment (not today, satan). Take some time to smell the buds… your empire won’t crumble, it’ll stand strong!

That said, you might want to start by adjusting your plan of action. Get as organized as possible, set an intention each day, and reserve some me-time. You’ll quickly see that the process of bringing your dreams to fruition will be even more yummy. You’ll experience a greater sense of enjoyment, passion, courage and focus! Don’t grind - it’s about working smarter, not harder.
